A beautiful, modern facility, Grace Hill is the newest addition to Thornton Healthcare Management. The facility is up-to-date in size and stability, with plenty of room for residents to relax, receive therapy, dine, or enjoy entertainment. The Grace Hill facility promotes a family-like culture, treating each of our residents as valued, cherished members of our community. We offer a personalized, comprehensive plan of care for all residents.

Grace Hill is licensed by the Department of Aging and Disability Services in addition to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We accept private insurance, private pay, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Services
Grace Hill offers a variety of services, one of the most unique being its outpatient therapy program. Individuals who are not overnight residents are able to receive therapy during regular office hours, then return home after therapy is completed. Some of our featured services include:
